Day Visitor Admission: R80 Free to accompanied school-going children
Ticket Purchases: Online from 1 September. At the Festival: Wednesday - Saturday 09:00 – 17:30, Sunday 09:00 – 13:00
Day Visitors
Day tickets give wristband holders access to the main exhibitions, Vendors Mall and Food Court. Day ticket holders will not qualify for goody bags.
Festival Registration
The compulsory R200 once-off Registration fee is required when registering to attend, present, vend or participate in any of the Festival activities and events and is payable by everyone. This fee includes:
- A Goody Bag
- Name Tag
- Admission to the main Quilt Exhibition on all show days
- Access to the Vendor Mall
- Free coffee and tea during the day
- Admission to the Food Court
- Admission to the Meet the Teacher Demos on Tuesday 4 October.
It excludes any paid workshops, functions, accommodation or any other activities. You must have a Festival Participant Registration in your name to attend events.
The Festival Participant Registration fee is not required if you are purchasing Day Visitor or bus tickets only.
Information/Registration Desk
- Registered participants and day visitors must check-in at the Registration Desk in the School lobby on arrival at the Festival.
- Registration packets, including Goody Bags, must be collected in person at Registration with proof of registration.
- Information. Contact the Registration Desk in the school lobby for enquiries during the Festival. Festival Staff can assist you with workshops and membership inquiries.
- First Aid. Basic First Aid will be available from the Registration Desk. For emergencies, the MediClinic Stellenbosch will be contacted.
- Lost and Found. The Registration Desk will retain lost and found items. Contact ghqg.secretary@gmail.com or WhatsApp 082 651 0289 for inquiries. Unclaimed items will be donated to a worthy cause one week after the Festival.
