In this workshop, you will sew first and plan the quilt lay-out afterwards. You will learn how to do free-form strip piecing, sew fearless curves and make dynamic triangle units. The emphasis is on Improvisation. You will learn how to piece a top without having to match every point and every line and still end with a very pleasing design. Creative decisions will happen at the design board as you complete your units. We will discuss how to incorporate simple design principles to create an original Improv wall hanging.
