The class gives you an overview of the EQ8 program.  As a result, you can design, draw and colour the quilt of your dreams.  EQ8 also boasts an extensive library of quilt blocks and layouts and a selection of quick quilt projects with which to start.  One of the most important features of this software is the ability to quickly and accurately resize the designs and print out the patterns, ready to cut and quilt.  Draw and print designs for easy patches, appliqué and even hand-sewn projects like hexagons in a flash!  Moving with time, EQ8 gives the quilter a chance to design, colour and reshape any quilt before stitching.  This course is an opportunity to try out EQ8 without commitment to buy the software.  Danél combines her three decades of IT skills with her skill and love for quilts and design in this class.

Student Requirements:

• Own laptop with all cables and chargers. Windows 8 or higher. External mouse.
• Pre-loaded free 14 day trial period software on the laptop
• Extension cord, 15 amp plug or adaptor
